Aerial

Twisted Media partners with the best aerial photographers and helicopter crew in Australia & International. Safety is always paramount when filming aerial footage. The two main approaches for aerial filming is using Gyro Mount such a Cineflex and or Webcam, they use a very long lens meaning you can get very close up to an object or work from a distance. These mounts are ideal for filming air to air video projects, and means you don’t need a formation certified pilot. Hand held is another approach to aerial filming, this is where a cameraman is held is by a harness, as he stands on the helicopter skids. Drones have become a popular to capture aerial footage, but has some strict safety permitters, so isn’t appropriate for all aerial filming.
